From the Clinic...


Tylenol:We do not have Children's Tylenol/Ibuprofen on hand, you may bring some in with a signed Medication Agreement and we will keep it in a cubby for your child as needed throughout the school year.

Heath Conditions:If your child has asthma, food allergies, severe allergic reactions or any other significant health condition, please contact our Area Nurse, Kim Kennedy at kikenned@jeffco.k12.co.us.

Incoming 6th Graders will need the TDaP immunization prior to 6th grade.

Please do not send any medications with your child (including cough drops, Neosporin, etc.). Any medications at school must be kept in the clinic with a signed Medication Agreement.

Inhalers, Epi Pens and Antihistamines for severe allergies must have a Colorado State Asthma or Colorado State Allergy Plan.

All Medication Forms can be found the below.

All medications must be brought in the original container with a current expiration date.
